Tell us what’s inspiring you — a favorite novel, a dream destination, or a recent book club pick. We’ll start with a discovery call to learn about your travel style, group dynamics, and literary loves.
After a planning fee is collected—based on your group size and the complexity of the trip—we’ll begin designing a custom itinerary that brings your vision to life. You’ll receive a beautifully tailored proposal that includes hand-picked accommodations, immersive experiences, and thoughtful literary touches that reflect your story.
You’ll review the proposal and share your feedback. We’ll collaborate to fine-tune every element until it feels just right — relaxed, inspired, and uniquely yours.
Once you’re happy with the plan, we’ll take care of all the bookings and logistics, so you can simply look forward to a seamless journey ahead.

Yes — we build in time for feedback and revisions, so you’ll have a chance to adjust anything before booking begins. If you need to make changes after everything is booked there is a change fee.
